On Sat, 16th, January, We had Japanese snow-shoe half day tour!
We took this photo before tour started.
The guides who from Tateyama town name “Rindou-Kai”, they put snow-shoe on our feet kindly.
(“Rindou” means ”Gentian”, name of flower as herb in Japan. The guide’s group have such a beautiful name. )
Our hands were frozen stiff from the cold but,
Guides tied us shoe rope very skilfully,
They’re a pro! I was so impressed it.
The guide knew when he saw just a leave, he answered name of the tree.
We still have cold days but trees already getting ready to their spring preparation,
We could see tree’s buds, it will come out in the next spring!
What kind of animal are these footprints from?
He gave an immediate answer, amazing!
↑It’s my best favorite photo in this tour!
This is look like, we were fairies or animals jumped around inside the forest..
I really felt like that,
And then i released my stress definitely.
Thanks the blessing of nature.
My both feet didn’t sink deeply into the snow I thought,
It was comfortable walking.
After the tour, we had been looking forward lunch time!
And we made new friends through the tour this time,
Our conversation became lively.
It was a precious experience for us about we had long talk with the guide,
So participant had a serious look for listened their stories also enjoyed chatting.
After the lunch, we took a hot-spring(Onsen).
When we soak our body into the hot bath water, I like the feeling my body getting ”nice and warm” grandually,
That’s so good, love it so much!
Anyway… we really had amazing time today.
Thank you so much.
